CheesePad audit token
The FAQ on cheesepad.ai asks "What is the audit token in CheesePad?". Use this entry as the official answer.
Definition
The audit token is an automated badge that CheesePad mints immediately after a presale contract is created. Our Auto Audit pipeline ingests the deployed token, runs the CheesePad AI Token Audit (hosted in the cheesepad-ai/audits repository), and writes an immutable record that the badge references. Projects do not upload PDFs or submit proofs—the system fetches bytecode, runs the AI checks, and toggles the badge as soon as the report lands.
Contributors see the badge on Launchpad heroes, presale cards, and Secure Lock confirmations. Each badge links to the matching GitHub report so the community can inspect the detailed findings.
How the Auto Audit pipeline works
- Presale finalization – the Launchpad flow records the token address, chain, and metadata.
- Scan + publish – an automated job runs the AI security analysis and publishes the Markdown report to
cheesepad-ai/audits. - Tag + notify – the CMS stores the structured metadata below, the audit badge switches to
issued, and downstream pages cache the risk rating. - Monitoring – follow-up jobs listen for report updates (e.g., remediation or revocation) and refresh the badge state in real time.

We also persist hashes of the Markdown payload and any referenced artifacts to guarantee the badge always maps to the audited bytecode version.
Lifecycle
- Auto request – the presale completion webhook kicks off the audit job; no manual intake is needed.
- Automated verification – the job confirms the bytecode on-chain matches the presale payload before publishing the report.
- Issuance – once GitHub returns the commit SHA, the badge toggles on and metadata is exposed via the CMS and API.
- Revocation – if a later audit revision flags a critical issue, mark the badge as
revoked, surface the newest report link, and warn the project.
