Troubleshooting

If something looks wrong, start here. This page focuses on safe steps that do not increase risk.

Wallet connection issues

Cannot connect wallet

  • Refresh the page and reconnect.
  • Ensure your wallet extension/app is unlocked.

Connected, but data is missing

  • Check that you are on the correct network.
  • Try disconnecting and reconnecting your wallet.

Network issues

Wrong network selected

  • Switch networks in your wallet.
  • Reload the page after switching.

Transaction issues

Transaction is pending

  • Check the transaction hash on a block explorer.
  • Avoid re-submitting unless you understand the nonce implications.

Transaction failed

  • Confirm you have enough gas.
  • Confirm you are interacting with the correct contract.

Allowlist / eligibility issues

“Not eligible” or “Not allowlisted”

  • Confirm you are using the correct wallet address.
  • Ask the project to share the allowlist rules (addresses / NFT / other gating).

Security reminders

  • Do not share your seed phrase.
  • Do not accept “support” via DMs from unknown accounts.
  • Always request verifiable links (contract address, transaction hash).
